As an investment company, we co-invest in established SMEs together with ambitious leaders and motivated teams. We don’t prefer one sector above others. What matters is the track record and growth potential of the companies we invest in. After carefully analyzing your case, we design a growth strategy that is tailored to your company’s situation & DNA.

To realize this growth strategy, we compose complementary executive teams, that may or may not exist of the managers already in place. Composing this new management team for the next growth phase of your company, is something we take seriously. This is because we believe the strength of a company does not come from its products or services, but from how well its people pull together.

Next to bringing financial and strategic support to the table, we act as a mentor. Having gone down the path of leading a company before, we understand the hardness and complexity of leadership. That’s why we support and coach executive teams to grow and guide their companies to success.
