Aermont is a European asset management group focused on real estate and real estate-related investment activities. It pursues a proactive, operator-oriented approach to large and complex investments, seeking long-term value creation opportunities across associated assets and businesses. The funds are mandated to invest in real estate and real estate-related opportunities in Europe through direct asset, corporate and credit situations. Its investment activity has included prime assets and projects in major European cities such as London, Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Florence, Milan and Lisbon, as well as operating businesses in regional and downtown shopping centres, student-related accommodation, multiplex cinemas and film production studios. Aermont was established in 2007 by Léon Bressler and became formally independent in 2015.
