Transaction VDK Group has acquired 100% of the shares in SDR Elektrotechniek. Rembrandt M&A assisted the seller in realizing this transaction. SDR Elektrotechniek SDR is a family business active in the design and implementation of electrical installations. The company has a history of over 100 years and just under 200 employees and a strong regional position in the Amsterdam area. SDR specializes in working in dynamic enterprises and works extensively for renowned clients, including hotels, museums and healthcare institutions. This transaction provides a nice solution to the succession issue at SDR and makes the company ready for the future. De Groot Installation Group has completed the acquisition of Electrotechnisch Installatiebureau Randstad

De Groot Installatiegroep is expanding its position in the Dutch installation sector thanks to the acquisition of Randstad Elektrotechniek B.V. of Leiderdorp. The more than 14 employees of the company will be added to the team of De Groot Installatiegroep. Marktlink Mergers & Acquisitions again acted as in-house advisor during the process. This acquisition strengthens De Groot Installatiegroep's position as one of the largest family-owned installation companies in the Netherlands.
