HARO Aluminum completed a management buyout

HARO Aluminium Veenendaal BV is a leading company in the aluminum sector that develops, produces and assembles window frames, doors and façade structures. It works with high-quality profile systems from Reynaers, Kawneer and Alu-K, among others, and distinguishes itself through early collaboration with architects, contractors and project developers. Projects are custom developed with attention to technology, building physics and aesthetics and produced in the in-house factory with a focus on quality, sustainability and efficient use of materials. Owner Jan van de Scheur has transferred part of his shares to managing director Remy Emons. After a sales process with several candidates, he deliberately chose an internal successor to safeguard the company's identity. After a few years, Remy will take over the company completely. Frans Verbeek and Peter Stitselaar guided this sales process on behalf of Diligence. We look back on a pleasant cooperation and wish Jan and Remy every success.
