Stabex, specialized in stability studies and structural engineering, joins Studibo. With this move, Studibo strengthens its position as a leading multidisciplinary group of study and consulting firms in the construction and infrastructure sector, active in the Benelux, France, Germany and Scandinavia, and supported by IceLake Capital. The buyers, Mr. Jan Lombaerts and Mr. Christophe Soenen, are taking over the company with the ambition to further build on Raverco's strong reputation and market position as a specialized partner within its niche.
