Airvance Group acquires AltimAir
Airvance Group, a France-based wholesale distributor of HVAC products, has acquired UltimAir, a Netherlands-based wholesale distributor of ventilation and indoor climate products, from Swegon Group, a Sweden-based manufacturer of indoor climate solutions. The transaction aligns with Airvance’s strategy to expand its European distribution footprint, while allowing Swegon to focus on its core activities in developing and manufacturing integrated HVAC systems.

LKQ Netherlands announces the acquisition of Gamo Automaterialen. E1, an Australia-based construction tendering and bidding platform, has acquired 12Build, a Netherlands-based construction procurement and tendering software provider. E1 operates in construction technology across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe, while 12Build serves contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the European construction market. The acquisition combines two established contech platforms to create a global construction tendering marketplace, strengthening product innovation, technology investment and long-term growth while maintaining 12Build’s independent operations and local market focus.
