LKQ Netherlands has completed the acquisition of Automaterialen Rijpma B.V
Automaterialen Rijpma B.V., a trusted supplier of auto parts and garage equipment in the northeastern Netherlands for more than 40 years, is joining LKQ Netherlands. Both organizations have been working together successfully within the LKQ Partner network for many years. From Roden, Rijpma serves a broad customer base of universal garages, concept owners and brand dealers with 24 employees. With this step, the cooperation is further deepened and integrated within the LKQ organization. This guarantees continuity for employees and customers and further strengthens the regional strength.

Boes Lastechniek expands with acquisition of welding activities Kuil Nicos
Rutger Flim , owner of Boes Lastechniek b.v. in Almelo, has completed the acquisition of the welding activities of Kuil Nicos | Compressed Air & Gas Technology from Enschede. These activities will be integrated within Boes Lastechniek, further strengthening the company's position as a specialist in welding and construction work. Kuil Nicos will continue with its core activities of compressed air and gas technology. With the acquisition Boes Lastechniek takes the next step in its growth ambition and builds on the craftsmanship and quality for which both Boes and Kuil Nicos are known in the eastern Netherlands. From InCorpe, Ruben Engbers and Maurice Schey assisted Rutger Flim in this transaction. Sellers Karsten Lammers and Niels Lammers were legally assisted by Lisa Wolbers of Eshuis Juristen .
