Globitas

Founded in 2018, Globitas is an independent value-add investment firm based in Amsterdam. We typically enter in special situations, have a pragmatic approach, find creative solutions and support businesses to unlock the underlying value fundamentals. We invest across the capital structure and sector agnostic. We pro-actively apply our investment strategies to add value to our participations. 

We invest in companies in different stages of their 'life-cycle' (from mature, to distressed), but don't invest in start- or scale-ups. We seek investments in companies through opportunistic buyouts, special situations, corporate investments and carve-outs. The team of Globitas aims to create value by applying its hands-on entrepreneurial approach to realise operational improvements with e-commerce, new business models, digitalisation and innovation.

Globitas is hands-on investor; its team consists of experienced investors, entrepreneurs and industry experts and specialists in finance, transformation and innovation. The combined asset portfolio of Globitas employs over 4500 people, in 8 European countries and the US, with a combined annual revenue of more than ~€ 400m.
