Adrian Dray
Founder of Caldey - has 30 years of advising entrepreneurs and investors across a multitude of sectors, from fund raising, acquisitions, strategic advice to eventual sale in all stages of the economic cycle. Adrian’s particular expertise is in financial models, business plans and complex deal structures and has delivered success in over 200 transactions. Previously, Adrian was a Partner at KPMG leading the Thames Valley region; he left KPMG and set up a practice building it to ten partners and employees before exiting to set up Caldey, which is focussed on helping entrepreneurs and business owners with deal values in the region of £5 - £30m.
Janine Vitali
Has over twenty years’ experience of senior leadership and consultancy roles, with a focus on business restructuring, transformation, acquisitions and growth. She has in-depth knowledge of formulating and implementing successful commercial, people and operational strategies and has worked with privately owned and private equity backed businesses for the last 20 years.
