Clairfield congratulates Louwman Group on the intended sale of its Care Division to AURELIUS
Louwman’s Care Division provides mobility aids, home adaptations, and vehicle modifications for people with mobility challenges through five business units. The Care Division generated €150 million in revenue in 2024 and employs over 650 people, serving more than 90,000 customers across the Netherlands. Its mission is to enhance mobility and independence, by turning limitations into possibilities. Louwman Group is a leading family-owned mobility company with over 100 years of experience, active in car import, sales and leasing, bicycles, and shared mobility. This transaction aligns with Louwman’s strategy to focus on its core strengths within the automotive, bicycle, and mobility services sectors. AURELIUS is a global private equity investor specializing in corporate carve-outs. The transaction remains subject to the advice from relevant works councils and customary regulatory approvals.

Mutares signs agreement to acquire Hyva's Crane Business Unit
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650 ) has signed an agreement to acquire the crane business unit of Hyva. The transaction strengthens the Mutares Goods & Services segment as a new platform investment and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to merger control approval. The crane business unit of Hyva is an internationally established manufacturer and distributor of cranes and comprehensive services, designing, manufacturing and servicing truck-mounted cranes across key global markets under a multi-brand strategy. The company generates approx. EUR 100 million in revenues and employs around 400 staff. It has production and assembly plants in Italy, Brazil and China, and a global network of sales and distribution offices to ensure local delivery and customer support. The company’s product portfolio supports multiple industries, such as commercial and residential construction, infrastructure, marine equipment and more, ensuring the needed flexibility, whilst providing cost-efficiency and optimal price-performance balance.
