Adventure Expedition Investment has completed the acquisition of Pure Wool

Adventure Expedition Investment B.V., through its wholly owned subsidiary Pure Wool International B.V., has acquired Pure Wool's brand, wholesale activities and web shop. With this strategic acquisition, the group, consisting of Birdland International B.V. (Lowland Outdoor) and Kjelvik International B.V., further expands its international outdoor and lifestyle portfolio. The transaction marks the third consecutive acquisition in which Factor & Ros acted as advisor.

Verkoop OAF Holland

Mr. Wolters, who owned OAF since 2002, introduced and built on the AFINOL and OAF PRO brands during his ownership. After many years of dedication and hard work, he has decided to enjoy his well-deserved retirement at the age of 72. The new owners, brothers Maurice van den Hoogen and Sebastion van den Hoogen, bring with them a wealth of experience in the paint industry. Their company, Paintdiscount, has been a well-known name in the sale of paint and wallpaper products since 1995. OAF will continue to operate with the same dedicated team and will remain responsive to the needs of their customers, intending to grow and innovate under the new leadership of the Van den Hoogen brothers.
