Cyclife SAS, a subsidiary of the EDF Group, has acquired 100% of the shares in Kraftanlagen Heidelberg GmbH and Kraftanlagen Service GmbH from the French company Bouygues Construction. Kraftanlagen Heidelberg is a leading engineering specialist in nuclear technology with expertise in the planning, construction and dismantling of nuclear and industrial plants. COVENDIT acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Bouygues Construction on the seller side.
