Pieterman Group, a leading wholesaler of machinery, tools and accessories for the flat glass and natural stone industry, is taking an important strategic step. Selling a majority stake to investor Delta Participaties lays the foundation for further growth and professionalization. With branches in the Netherlands and Belgium, Pieterman offers a wide range of products and technical support, with which the company has proven itself as a reliable partner in the sector. Match Plan supervised the entire sales process, from business valuation and the buyout of a minority shareholder to the completion of the transfer to both Delta Participations and the new management team. The deal team, consisting of Hans van de Pas, Yvo Bruin, Niels Beckers and Matthias Duijzer, worked intensively with all involved to achieve an optimal result. Succesvolle verkoop Vendu Rotterdam aan vertrouwde partner
The Coöperatieve Vereniging Notarishuis has sold Vendu Rotterdam to Wim Moerman. This acquisition brings an end to more than two centuries in which the Rotterdam auction house was owned by the local notary's office. The buyer, who has been involved in the organization for more than 30 years, takes over the helm with the ambition to further develop Vendu Rotterdam and ensure its continuity. Match Plan accompanied the shareholders during the sales process. Match Plan accompanied the Coöperatieve Vereniging Notarishuis during the entire sales process. This included negotiations, as well as drafting the letter of intent and the purchase agreement. The deal was realized under the guidance of Hans van de Pas and Reg Schreurs of Match Plan. Their involvement and expertise contributed to a successful transaction, giving Vendu Rotterdam a solid foundation for the future.
