Ortessa completed acquisition of Huiskamp

Crowe Corporate Finance and Crowe Tax Advisory Services recently supported Ortessa in the acquisition of Huiskamp. In this process, we performed financial and tax due diligence. A great transaction within the transport and infrastructure sector, where entrepreneurship, down-to-earthness and craftsmanship come together. We thank Ortessa for their trust and wish them, Huiskamp Enschede and all employees every success in this new phase!

Van Bakel Elektro joins VDK Groep

Van Bakel Elektro from Heesch is now part of the VDK Groep. The company, founded in 1993, has been a household name in the southern Netherlands for more than 30 years. With branches in Heesch and Roosendaal, the company specializes in electrical installations for new construction, renovation and utility projects. In the field of electricity, security, solar panels, charging infrastructure, battery storage and energy management systems, high-quality installations are designed, constructed and maintained.

A particularly beautiful milestone, in which the current management has taken the confidence and ownership to continue the organization and thus also figuratively takes the wheel in their hands. Verheijen Transport sells majority stake to Kooltrans BV

At Crowe Corporate Finance, together with my colleague Jaap Schrover , I had the opportunity to assist Verheijen Transport in the acquisition of the majority stake to Arnold Thomassen, owner of Kooltrans BV. Both Kooltrans BV Transport & Logistics and also Verheijen Transport are specialized in the (groupage) transport of food and fruit juice concentrates by road within Europe. Both companies will continue to operate independently, but will cooperate closely. A nice step in which experience, specialization and cooperation are central.
