Avaxa was founded in 2016. Over the past ten years, the firm has experienced handsome growth. Brainport Diagnostics acquires Clinical Diagnostics PAMM

On Monday, January 26, Clinical Diagnostics Netherlands Holding B.V. transferred its shares in Clinical Diagnostics PAMM B.V. to Brainport Diagnostics B.V., a consortium of Stichting Catharina Ziekenhuis and Stichting Máxima Medisch Centrum. Following completion of the transaction, Brainport Diagnostics B.V. assumes the role of sole shareholder.
