I have dedicated my career to building, scaling, and acquiring businesses across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on operational excellence, long-term value creation, and sustainable growth.
My background began in one of the UK’s largest corporate environments, Sainsbury’s, where I spent nearly a decade progressing through senior leadership roles. During this time, I led operational teams of up to 5,000 people and managed multi-million-pound P&L accounts across a complex national estate.
I was also responsible for all third-party contracts and facilities management across the entire Sainsbury’s store estate. This included leading the team that oversaw our majority-owned FM business, and playing a key role in the strategic process of divesting our shareholding giving me first-hand exposure to the sale of a major FM asset from both the buy-side and sell-side perspective.
In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I have a deep-rooted connection to the FM and trade services sectors through family-held businesses, and I’ve since owned and operated multiple businesses in facilities management and waste management. This has given me a practical understanding of operations from the ground up, as well as strategic oversight in growth, optimisation, and transition.
Since transitioning into entrepreneurship, I have built two specialist business groups:
EverGrowth Group — focused on acquiring and holding UK-based industrial and FM businesses for the long term. We provide an alternative to private equity and trade acquirers, offering vendors a succession partner who will lead the business, protect its legacy, retain and grow its people, and run it sustainably into the future without a fixed exit horizon.
The People Group — a global group of onshore and offshore talent solutions providers, designed to help businesses scale flexibly by reducing back-office costs through fractional and full-time support across Operations, IT, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Executive Support.
Across both groups, I personally lead all acquisitions, integration strategies, and operational improvement plans. To date, I’ve acquired businesses using a mix of personal capital and senior debt. Our approach is hands-on and values-led we don't buy to flip. We buy to hold and build. We believe that businesses are fragile and that change should be introduced gradually. For this reason, I typically work within each business for at least six months post-acquisition to truly understand how value can be created, ensure the right people are in the right seats, and set the foundations for sustainable growth.
We focus on unlocking efficiencies through shared support services, improving cash conversion, and introducing proven sales and marketing strategies all while maintaining leadership autonomy and brand identity.
