With over 20 years of experience, we provide broad advisory and brokerage services to Danish SMEs, typically businesses with a turnover of up to DKK 100 million and up to 100 employees.
We operate across all industries, except for agriculture, hotels, and pure real estate companies. We identify buyers both in Denmark and internationally.
Our services include advising and brokering in both the purchase and sale of companies, generational transitions, capital raising, valuations, sales clarification, and preparation for sale, including strategic advisory.

3L Office Products A/S has completed its acquisition of Goloo A/S
Bonorum Partners has advised the owners of Goloo A/S in connection with the brokerage and sale of the company to 3L Office Products A/S. From the turn of the year, 3L Office Products will take over all the assets of the company and from there continue Goloo's products under its own auspices and under the brand Goloo.
