Über Think2Act

Think2Act Partners is a private equity investment firm that is based in Zwijndrecht, Belgium. It targets a mix of small and mid-sized transactions in Belgium and the Netherlands based companies. It considers both majority and minority investments.

Think2Act is structured as an open-ended fund, with a strong and solid base of capital under management from a selected number of respected individuals and families. This implies that Think2Act does not have a predefined investment/exit horizon and hence acts as a mid to long term investor. Our ultimate goal is to realize sustainable growth within our companies.

Think2Act acts as an engaged shareholder, implying that we actively support, challenge and inspire our companies and management teams in realizing their ambitions. At the basis of this partnership lies a common understanding on the strategic direction of the company and open, transparent and no- nonsense communication.
