With its many years of expertise and strong market position, the company has built an excellent reputation within the sector. Following the transaction, Bas Mikkers will remain with Ingenieursbureau Brabant as a director and will contribute to the organization’s continued growth and development in that role. CERTANIA is an international group of specialized testing, inspection, certification, and compliance companies operating from Germany, active in a wide range of sectors and focused on further growth. Within the group, Ingenieursbureau Brabant will become part of SGI Compliance Nederland, Certania’s compliance platform.
