Joint venture Fin Forward en Planet Talent

Fin Forward and Planet Talent—two well-established names in the agency and consulting sectors—are joining forces in the joint venture Orvia. Fin Forward focuses primarily on finance roles, while Planet Talent specializes in professionals in the fields of IT development, IT infrastructure, and business & technology. Drawing on these complementary perspectives and a shared business context, Sophie Buysse and Kristel Seymus quickly found each other to be valuable sparring partners. Together, they are committed to creating an integrated approach within Orvia that connects talent with companies and ensures that the right professional profile ends up in the right place. Aquis assisted Sophie Buysse of Fin Forward throughout the process. We thank all parties involved for the pleasant and constructive collaboration and wish them every success in the further rollout of this merger process.

Acquisition of Transport Michiels by Distrilog Group

Transport Michiels Bvba—founded in 1982, specializing in specialized transport, and operating a fleet of 170 tractor-trailers and 500 semi-trailers—is being acquired by Distrilog Group. Distrilog Group can count on the valuable knowledge and experience of the approximately 170 employees, who will work alongside them to ensure that the transition is seamless for customers. Transport Michiels Bvba will continue to operate independently within the Distrilog Group and will retain both its name and its traditional colors. Our congratulations to Boni Michiels of Transport Michiels Bvba and Leo Salaerts and Philip Salaerts of Distrilog Group! Aquis is advising on the sale of DGB Insurance to Brokers in Excellence

We had the opportunity to assist DGB Insurance, an independent insurer in Lichtervelde, with its sale to Brokers in Excellence, Baltisse’s brokerage platform.
