Bikes'n Boards becomes part of Bike-Werk-Holding GmbH The well-known bicycle dealer Bikes'n Boards Butzbach GbR with locations in Butzbach, Wetzlar and Haiger will continue to operate under the umbrella of the newly founded Bike-Werk-Holding GmbH . The Bikes'n Boards brand will remain and will continue to stand for high-quality products, innovative advice and premium service. Michael Gaul will remain on board as Managing Director and will participate in Bike-Werk-Holding together with Rüder Völkel (RT Beteiligungs GmbH) and Thomas Sting (Sting Investment GmbH). Together with the other brands House of Bikes and Zweirad Hees , this creates a strong group in the border triangle of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia , which positions itself as a competent partner for everything to do with bicycles. The aim of the new structure is to open further locations in the region and further expand the joint market presence in the premium bicycle segment .
